The apartment is located in the Royal Sun complex in Sunny Beach, about 15 mins by taxi from Burgas airport. The Royal Sun complex has been completed to a very high standard, has a 24 hour reception and security guards, hair dresser, parking, shops and supermarket. It also features a 10000 m2 park with 3 swimming pools, playground for children, massage tent and a very good restaurant and bar. In Sunny Beach, you'll find very little as luxurious as this.
The bedroom has a double bed with all linen, night tables, makeup table with mirror and a large cupboard. The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, sink and boiler. The entrance has storage space and entry to all other rooms. The kitchen has a dining table, fridge, cooker, oven, kettle and cutlery, plates, glasses etc for 4 people. The living room has a TV, coffee table, armchair, a sofa and an air-conditioning unit. The sofa folds out and sleeps one or two people although it is less comfortable than a bed. The balcony has four chairs and a small table and overlooks the garden/pool area

Included in the rent is use of the apartment and the complex, electricity, cold and hot water, use of cable TV and cleaning before and after your stay. Not included is use of the restaurant, charges for use of loungers by the pool and beach, use of internet and telephone. Minimum number of nights for high season is 6 nights. Outside the main season, there is no minimum number of nights, but a cleaning fee of 30 EURs applies for reservations less than 6 nights.
Payment terms are: 100 EUR payment on reservation. Remaining amount due one week before arrival. In case of cancellation later than one week before arrival, the full rent is due.
The apartment is privately owned. This website offers rent of one apartment in the complex only. If it is occupied at a time where you would like to use it or if you require a smaller or larger apartment, then please contact us and we will forward your request to other owners of apartments in the complex.
